Refund & Return Protocol

At GAB Glass, we stand behind the scientific precision and quality of our products. If your Scientific Series glass does not meet our calibration standards, we are here to assist with the following protocol.

1. Order Cancellation

Pre-Shipment: Full refunds are available for cancellations made before the product is dispatched.
Post-Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched from our USA Warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. Please follow the return protocol below upon delivery.

2. Returns (14-Day Window)

  • Timeline: Eligible for return within 14 days of receipt.
  • Hygiene Standard: Due to health and safety regulations, vaping accessories must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Used items are strictly non-returnable.
  • Authorization: Do not send items back to the manufacturer. Contact us first for the designated GAB Lab return address.

3. Damaged Items (BOA Protocol)

If your glass arrives damaged in transit:

  1. Notify us via support@gabglass.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide high-resolution photos of the damaged item and the external packaging.
  3. Upon verification, we will initiate a Free Replacement or issue a Full Refund immediately.

Shipping Charge

No additional logistics fees for the consumer.

5. Refund Issuance

Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
