Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship directly from our USA warehouse. No international customs, no surprise duties, no extended wait times.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Standard USA delivery takes 3–5 business days via USPS/UPS. Priority Express ships in 1–2 days. International orders (Canada, EU/UK) take 7–20 business days depending on region.

Is shipping free?

Free standard shipping on all USA orders over $50. International free shipping on orders over $150 (EU/UK).

How is the glass packaged?

Every piece is secured in scientific-grade reinforced packaging — custom-cut foam inserts, shockproof bubble wrap, and an industrial-grade outer carton. Triple-layer defense engineered to survive the carrier’s worst day.

Returns & Warranty

What is the BOA Guarantee?

Broken On Arrival? We own the risk, not you. Photograph the damage within 24 hours, email support@gabglass.com with your order number, and we ship a free replacement immediately — no return required.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Contact us first for the return address — do not send items back to the manufacturer. Zero restocking fees.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Products & Compatibility

Are GAB attachments compatible with my Puffco?

All GAB glass is engineered for the Puffco Peak Pro and fully optimized for the 3DXL chamber. Most pieces also fit the original Puffco Peak. Check individual product pages for specific compatibility details.

What is 3.3 borosilicate glass?

3.3 borosilicate (ASTM E438 Class I, Type A) is laboratory-grade glass with an extremely low thermal expansion coefficient. It handles rapid temperature cycling without micro-fractures — the same material used in lab beakers and scientific instruments.

Are small variations in the glass normal?

Yes. Every GAB piece is hand-blown. Minor variations in color, weight, and internal structure (such as tiny microscopic bubbles) are a natural part of the glass-blowing process and are not defects. This is what makes each piece unique.

What does “zero splashback” mean?

Our internal air-dynamics are calibrated so water never reaches your lips or flows back into the heating chamber, even during deep inhales with the 3DXL. This protects both your experience and your device.

Orders & Payment

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also visit our Track My Order page anytime to check your shipment status in real time.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified before shipment. Once dispatched from our USA warehouse, changes are no longer possible. Contact support@gabglass.com as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways. We never store your credit card details on our servers.
